Low club. I hope to strike gold or find partner with a slow entry - not impossible if the opponents have 31 between them.
I remember a hand like this from about 15 years ago. The field went one down in 3NT, but one pair overbid to 6NT and made it on a passive lead.

Partner might just have the club king. It's a long shot, but we may cash out 5 clubs.
Even if the club lead fails, it may set up my long club for whenever partner's strength wins his one trick.

At IMPS, it seems obvious to lead a club. At MPs I think a good case can be made for trying not to lose a trick on the opening lead.
