Another hand where the GIBBO piece of trash in the North forces to 3NT when he does NOT have a legitimate reason to do so. You'll note that the clueless jerk doesn't even adhere to his own GIB definition of 3D, which "guarantees" 12+ HCP.

Fortunately, 3NT made, but that does not justify the addlepated jabroni's bidding.

GIBBO robots are repulsive.

It's amazing how these GIBBO imbeciles can keep finding new and "creative" ways to add to their world-famous collection of complete zeroes, as they did here.

East could have easily defeated 4H by winning trick one with his club king (as he did), then cashing the ace and playing a third round for West to ruff. That would already be three tricks, and they would be guaranteed to get at least one more (a spade).

However, East shifted at trick two. I had sown some doubt in his "mind" (DEFINITELY the WRONG word to use for a sickening GIBBO robot, which is as MINDLESS a thing as has EVER soiled our planet!) by dropping my queen of clubs (from Q963) under his king at trick one, but perhaps a larger problem is that he had played West to have led the TEN of clubs from a presumed holding of 109653. I think it's silly to lead the TEN from such a holding, as I think the CORRECT lead from that would be (if playing fourth best) the FIVE...but because these hopeless GIBBO losers LOVE wastefully and foolishly leading the TEN from such holdings, East had a dilemma: Was the 10 stiff, which would be a NORMAL lead...or was it from 10-doubleton, the type of stupid lead the robots love...or was it from 109-with length, as the robots stupidly also do? These clowns are ALREADY among the worst "bridge players" EVER..and they are NOT helped by the unbearably awful "thinking" (ha, ha, HA!) that produces their braindead leads.

So, East could NOT solve the "dilemma" created by the wretched leading philosophy they are cursed with, and he shifted. ALREADY that was bad, but why the HELL would the feebleminded sap shift to a DIAMOND when he was looking at the KJ3 (!) in dummy? These GIBBO robots stink. And...the M.O.R.O.N. couldn't EVEN shift to the CORRECT diamond (not that it would have mattered). The piece of trash shifted to the NINE of diamonds (Curse of Scotland) from 1092! The comedy NEVER ends with these useless dirtbags.

How "good" are the GIB definitions? THIS "good": "East's 4D is defined as "2+ diamonds". That's IT, that's ALL. So I guess he could have TWO diamonds...OR he could have THIRTEEN. I guess he could have ZERO HCP...OR he could have THIRTY-SEVEN. I guess he could have a pancake flat 4-3-3-3 shape...OR... he could have 2 diamonds and 11 hearts...OR...ANYTHING else. Why does GIB even BOTHER writing a definition for 4D if it's just COMPLETELY USELESS GARBAGE such as this? Better yet: Why do GIB and GIBBO still EXIST?

We're cold for 6D by South or 6S by either North or South. We stopped in 5S but scored a good 89.3 % anyway when we took all the tricks.

As South, I thought there could easily be a slam, but since I knew I was playing with a complete I.D.I.O.T., I decided to just bid 4S and avoid some insane sequence that my imbecile of a "partner" might concoct if I tried to get scientific. Over East's BELATED 5C call (yes, a DECENT East would have bid it on the PREVIOUS round, but East was a hopeless GIBBO robot, so of COURSE he passed on the previous round, simplistic stooge that he is), I bid 5D, intending it as natural and not even bothering to read the always pathetic GIB definition (which branded it as a cue bid).

Against 5S, the GIBBO M.O.R.O.N. on lead tabled - for absolutely NO discernible reason - the 4 of hearts from Q84. It was obviously MUCH too difficult for this braying GIBBO jackass to cash his club ace! Honestly, has anyone EVER seen a bridge player worse than these GIBBO monstrosities? I certainly haven't.

After Johnny Halfwit stupidly failed to lead a club, I had a cold 13 tricks - even with the annoyingly typical BBO layout of a Hawaii Five-O spade break.

Have I mentioned that GIBBO robots are worse than even the WORST human player I have EVER encountered in MANY decades of playing bridge? Oh, I have? Sorry.

If West had a brain, he would pass South's 1NT opener, since HE is on lead against no trump, and since he has the master suit, he can compete later anyway if it's "right" to do so. On THIS random hand, NS would barrel into 3NT and West would take the first SIX spade tricks, beating the contract two, and scoring plus 100.

But West DOESN'T have a brain. He's a brainDEAD GIBBO robot just like all the others, so HE showed an unknown single-suiter by bidding 2C and when his partner bid 2D asking for his suit, he bid 2S, which North wisely hammered.

The M.O.R.O.N. started with 6 tricks and ended with 6 tricks, thereby going down two for...minus 500, since the GENIUS had committed this atrocity red against white.

Stupid GIBBO system, and STUPID hand evaluation to bid 3C even within the CONTEXT of the stupid system. Note that these jerks played in their 6-1 "fit" instead of their FIVE-FOUR FIT! Imbeciles.

A hand from OMARHEUM, who writes "93% on this board. Note the incorrect or incomplete description of 5S: no mention of the Blackwood response. When I bid 7NT, I figured Ox had to have more than the ace of diamonds and AQ 5th or 6th of hearts, so I pictured the spade king in his hand. Things still worked out."

My comment: This is one of the EXTREMELY rare hands where the GIBBO robots (all three of them!) did nothing wrong. That in itself makes this truly amazing!

OMAR has correctly pointed out, however, the typically pathetic GIB definition of 5S. 4NT had been defined as Blackwood for hearts and the robot had correctly shown two keys plus the queen, but the wretched GIB definition failed to say that. The response stupidly and uselessly merely repeated the same information that had described North's initial 2H call.

Even when a MIRACLE occurs and the GIBBO robots play perfectly (!!!!!), the GIB definition is still a piece of complete and utter garbage.

Two personal observations:

One: GIBBO robots are by far the worst "bridge players" I have ever encountered in my entire life.

Two: GIB definitions are among the worst I have ever seen in ANY context, not JUST in bridge.

I have only 14 HCP for my 1NT opener, but when I'm the only human at the table, I open almost all 14-counts 1NT. Meanwhile, even though North understandably expects me to have 15-17, I think his invitational sequence to 3NT is VERY ambitious, and probably would often be a losing proposition. His trick source (diamonds) is a VERY raggedy suit, and six of his (MERE) HCP are compressed in the KQJ of clubs. It turned out fine when I scored an overtrick and got 100 % on the board, but I still think North should have just passed 1NT.

The "defence" was - as one would always expect from GIBBO robots - wretched. For particular amusement, look at how Frick and Frack managed the spade suit!

East wins his spade ace at trick four. At trick five, the absolute M.O.R.O.N. plays...another SPADE.

We scored 53.85 % for going down "only" one in 3C, but regardless of result, why is North bidding 3C? He has ALREADY shown his hand via his earlier 2C inverted minor, and given that earlier call, he has the LEAST number of HCP he could possibly have (10), the FEWEST clubs he could possibly have (four), and the FLATTEST hand he could possibly have (3-3-3-4). Furthermore, his "partner's" 1C opening only promised three (and coincidentally South only HAD three!).

If this GIBBO dweeb chooses to compete, SURELY a double is much better than his typically unwise and UNILATERAL 3C bid. If he doubles, South always has the option of retreating to 3C anyway if it seems "right".

Moral: Do not EVER expect intelligence from a GIBBO robot!

Here, in three chapters, is a prime example of GIBBO robot "logic". Our "star" is North.

Chapter One: East, an OPPONENT, opens one DIAMOND. South, North's "partner", DOUBLES. This means that...DUH... South is probably SHORT in DIAMONDS, and also that...DUH...South has support for the...OTHER THREE SUITS. So, what does North lead against West's 1NT? Well, since North is a GIBBO robot, he...of COURSE...leads a...DIAMOND, because GIBBO robots, in addition to being among the worst "bridge players" of ALL time, absolutely LOVE to lead ENEMY suits and HATE to lead partner's suits.

Chapter Two: North's diamond lead is imbecilic to begin with, but he can't even manage to make the normal, odds-on, usually CORRECT lead from his suit. He has the KQ98, and if he INSISTS on making the STUPID lead of a diamond, it should be the king. Of COURSE that is too difficult for this worldwide embarrassment of a "bridge player", so he leads one of his "small" ones...but the BRAINDEAD jackass can't even manage to lead the CORRECT "small" one. He only has TWO "small" ones to choose from (the 9 and the 8), and he STILL can't manage to lead the CORRECT one. The ignorant BOZO leads the NINE (Curse of Scotland), which is his THIRD-best diamond. If he's stupidly leading a diamond...and stupidly leading a "small" one, he should at LEAST lead the EIGHT, which is his FOURTH-best, and which is the leading structure that these GIBBO pieces of trash PLAY! What a TOTAL I.D.I.O.T. this jerk is (just like ALL of his GIBBO brothers and sisters!)!

Chapter Three: North wins his diamond king at trick four. At trick five, he plays a CLUB, the very suit that DECLARER was playing earlier. Of COURSE he plays the suit DECLARER was playing, because...broken record time...these uncouth clowns LOVE to play DECLARER'S suits.

Why is the lunatic in the North voluntarily bidding 2NT over East's 2S? On this auction, if North chooses to bid here, it should certainly be 3D. Meanwhile, let's look at the typically PATHETIC GIB definition of North's stupid 2NT, piece by revolting piece:

"Invitational to 3NT game". GIB, we ALL KNOW that 3NT is "game", so please STOP constantly, needlessly, annoyingly, uselessly, and insultingly putting it in your miserable definitions. More importantly, however, this statement is pure and utter garbage! How on EARTH can North NOW want to invite 3NT - AFTER THE OPPONENTS HAVE SHOWN VALUES (!) - when he earlier was VERY content to PASS his partner's 1NT opening when the opponents had been completely silent? We EXPECT GIB definitions to be pathetic, but THIS one is even MORE stupid and worthless than usual...which is saying a LOT, given how wretched MOST GIB definitions are!

"8 HCP". Oh, really? First of all, even if he DID have 8 HCP, that would not make his bidding intelligent or consistent ANYWAY, and guess what: He DOESN'T have the 8 HCP "promised" - he has only seven.

"9 total points". To begin with, ANY mention of "total" points in ANY GIB definition is not even worth looking at, because GIB has shown time and time again that it has NO understanding WHATSOEVER of "total" points. Next, he does NOT have 9 total points. And finally, why are total points even being DISCUSSED, since he is bidding no trump and (incredibly!) inviting game in no trump?

"Stop in hearts". Fair enough, that makes sense, and - astoundingly - he actually DOES have a heart stopper! Alert the press! GIB/GIBBO finally got ONE thing right!

"Stop in spades". Well, that makes sense too...but he DOESN'T have a spade stopper!

When GIB definitions are bottom of the barrel GARBAGE like this one...and like SO many other GIB definitions...is there even a REASON to have them? They should all be burnt to a crisp along with each and every GIBBO robot!
