Are the bots ganging up against me Partner and LHO collaborating to give me bad score

East opens 1 spade and is the only one who has their bid


My hand is a clear 2C overcall not a take out double.

West has 8 diamonds he never shows.

Partner does not have his 2H. I would expect better hearts for that.

4H is reasonable if partner has his bid.

West now bids 4S from nowhere then doubles 5H on nothing.

By the way instead of giving me always the best hand I would far rather my partner always had the best hand. It would make it so much easier, albeit he'll never let me compete a part score.
