Recently I have been getting the message when I’ve hosted a team game that I’ve exceeded my allocated number and to contact BBO to be authorised for more. Weirdly after a small delay the match goes ahead. I can’t find whom I’m supposed to contact to resolve the message appearing. Thanks for any advice.

Hi. That's happening if you are trying to start a new match while your previous one is still in progress.

Keep in mind your match has two tables, not just one, and both tables should finish playing before you start a new game. Even if your table has finished playing, you still have to wait until both tables are done before your match is completed.

Thanks, Diana. But this happens at the very start before anybody has started playing.

Maybe you are double-clicking? You can only start one at a time, so if you already fired a "Start team match" request and its still waiting for someone to accept, you can't ask again.
