I have a new Samsung A9+ tablet. When I use chat The keyboard usually comes up the first time then it doesn't come up again until I log out and in again. Sometimes it doesn't appear at all. The massage box appears but no keyboard.
My older tablet works all the time. Can you help me please?

I've the same problem with both my android smartphones, one motorolla, the other samsung

Not sure if it is relevant... but my older Samsung S4 tablet has a similar tendency to present the soft keyboard the first time but not again in some circumstances, on sites other than BBO.

Just had on my Samsung phone, but I'm new here so I figured it was me and rebooted. Maybe a Samsung thing?
