7NT maybe. Certainly not 7 spades with its hand. I cannot imagine my human partner ever doing this!

7♠ is really bad, of course, but that's due to poor system continuations of how to explore grand in a better way. Assuming you have a balanced 18-19 count as promised by 2NT, and assuming 3NT denies 3 spades (rather poorly defined bid there), a quick sim shows 7♠ makes double dummy 69% of the time.. so you definitely don't want to just sign off in a small slam. But it would be far better to take some more time getting there to make the chance even bigger.

But 2nt is also a bit of a partnership breaker for me.. a standard 2♦ will easily get you to the laydown 7♣.
