Don't laugh, I am helping a growing number of new players who have taken introduction lessons to develop their game.
The bidding table on BBO is such a useful resource I wonder if it is possible to run multiple tables at once and sit for example, 6 pairs NS
I think the answer is NO.

Except for tournaments, a user can only host one table at a time.
Multiple teaching tables sounds like a good suggestion for a future feature, though. Perhaps it could be done as a variation of a tournament, where the host triggers redeals. You'd use tourney chat to speak to all the students.
