I have received an insulting email. How to transfer to bbo staff?

Hi. If you mean an offensive offline mail on BBO you can send an email to abuse@bridgebase.com and tell them the username of the person who sent the mail. You can include a screenshot if you like, but usually it's not necessary, abuse will have the tools to check that person's activity on BBO and take the necessary measures.
