Most interesting hand - 10 of those IMPs were picked up on the first board of the second set when he opened 1♥ in third seat with four hearts to the queen and a balanced 8-count, causing wild competition.
So far we have:
7 completed matches
2 half completed matches (ovncylmz vs vampyr and olegru vs gordontd)
2 other matches (dadim vs nige1 and phoenix214 vs nekthen).
dadim - if nige1 still hasn't responded yet (according to profile, hasn't checked in on the forum for over a week), go ahead and start a challenge with MrAce instead.
phoenix214 + nekthen - both profiles show recent forum activity - any update?

This match wasn't as swingy. I was worried that I would lose big on board 8, since we failed to bid the cold slam, but neither did Richard.

My opponent (vampyr) didn't show up for the second set for last 4 or 5 days. I was up by 47, so I assume that I also won at this point.

Congrats m8. You played well!

Anyone message (here or at BBO) the following people: phoenix214, nekthen, gordontd
to figure out the issues?
Suggestion for the future events,
1. Have a clear rule on time limit of each match and the rule related to withdraw.
2. Consider 3 or 4 way match or RR on the first round.

Yes, sorry. After playing the first set legless at 4am, I was trying to gather the strength to make a comeback! In vain, alas.
Good luck!

Agree about time limits, but need to be careful about withdrawals. If Player A invites, and Player B does not accept, that should be a win by default.
At halftime, it's trickier. I think it will function better if the leader makes the invite. If someone does not accept, then the leader wins as if there was a halftime concession.
If the leader at halftime doesn't set up the match or is unresponsive the commissioner needs to get involved.
Winner - BBO Challenge bracket #6 - February, 2017.
