IMO, over 3♥, 3N would be natural, 3♠ would show interest in notrump but lack of a full ♠ stop.
Hence 5♣ might be a picture bid e.g. ♠ x x ♥ - ♦ A Q J x x ♣ A K J x x x. with slam interest but pin-pointing lack of ♠ control.
