Absolutely. I would be less sure whose fault it is if it is 6-1. I personally would not have opened this hand. But OK, I have K after all so if partner's 6 bid is reasonable then 6 is probably a reasonable contract.

I definitely don't. Partner seems to have made some sort of an educated guess w.r.t. our combined assets (including aces) and it's not up to me to correct it. I very likely don't agree with his bidding but that doesn't mean that I get to overrule him just because I have 2 aces and not 1 or 0.
... and I can prove it with my usual, flawless logic.
