Wow! Spieth knocks it in from the bunker at the front of the par 3 fourth. Bubba gets one back there too to stay within 2 of the lead. Kuchar 4 putts on 5 to fall 2 back. Ouch.

Ditto for the way Bubba just played 9. What a gorgeous putt. Spieth's par putt lipped out and now he is 2 back of Bubba at 6 under after bogeying 8 and 9. Ok, Jordan. Let's go.

Wow! I've never seen a tee shot on 13 as far down the fairway as the one Bubba just launched. Up and down from there will give him a 3 shot lead, assuming Spieth makes 4.

A thought for the guy from the BBC commentary team who saw at the beginning of the week that Blixt was 400 to 1 and put some money on him, got a nice run for his money and but for Bubba's brilliance could have had to commentate on (for him) a very tense playoff.

Only 2 players had fewer putts per hole than Blixt who managed 4 rounds with zero 3 putts. The guy is fearless. Just needs to hit a few more fairways.

Bernard Langer's final round 69 on that course at age 56.63 is just too amazing.

Spieth's post game interview was interesting, esp. his comments about his pitch from the rough on 8 into a "ridiculously firm green, into the grain" that he played to release but mysteriously checked up instead; the 9-iron from a downslope lie into 9 that he caught a hair thin but still solid followed by a gorgeous chip and a gorgeous putt that just lipped out; and the 9-iron into 12 which he thought he'd hit perfectly but it caught just enough breeze to knock it down a pace or two short of the flat part of the green. Tough game.
