No. If you switch around a few cards, it is not hard to make this hand into a 2
♠ bid (AJxxxx instead) or a 3

I don't expect to lose a lot of imps if I choose 2S or 3S. But that's also not what we should be talking about a clear choice. Say you give me a normal balanced 14 count. I would open it with 1C/1D, but would I expect to lose a lot of imps if I opened it with the other minor? If I opened it 1NT? Not really. Do I consider the decision choice? Also not.
