On BBO, non-regular partner, opp are regular pair and strong

I led a small spade to SA, partner led back a C to my A. After that I returned a club so declare's spade loser went away on ♥AK and because of my double declare knew how to play trump. 5♦X make

partner:"very bad double p."
Frank: "Yes but I prefer SK at first trick."
partner:"and I prefer you to lead SQ."
Frank: "Yes"
Question
1. If I pass 5D is that forcing?
2. Any other comments on defense and bidding are welcome

1) Your partner's defense is incredibly bad, but I'm sure you knew that.
2) You are not in a force, they have shown values and your partner probably has a shapely hand and is just trying to give them a guess. Forcing passes are only on when your side has demonstrated having values, nothing like that has happened here (in fact, I'd say the opposite!). Just because you bid game does not put your side in a FP (in fact, your opponents are much closer to being in a FP than you are, many pairs would play at r/w that they are in a force). You had a normal pass over 5D.

5D was rather reckless and should have been beaten for -200, dbl or no dbl.

1♥ was pretty marginal itself- awful 5422 shape with only queens outside the trump suit, an alternative is 2♥ for vul against not.

Roger has said it all. Partner's analysis and deportment were on the same level as his play. The only thing he was reasonably close to correct was his comment about the double. The double could be a big winner, but it could also lead declarer to pick up the trump suit which he would never do if not doubled.
