Do you move your head from side to side while brushing? I've always noticed that I only move my head when I'm brushing my left side (I'm right-handed fwiw), but today I actually noticed that it was involuntary and it was very difficult for me to brush the left side of my teeth without moving my head. In fact just sticking my right hand in front of my face and moving it in the air as if I'm brushing my teeth causes me to move my head side to side very slightly.
