Wow those 2 are truly amazing QBs, but Brees had the game of a lifetime. Great game.

Pretty sick, I wanted to bet on the saints because I had brees as my fantasy QB and he is the man, but pre-season I had a bet with my dad and got 10:1 on the colts winning the superbowl. People who know me know that hedging is not in my blood so I was forced to bet more on the colts and got pwned...

I actually watched the SUPERBOWL for the first time in my life last nite. Great show. Looks like there's a great interest in it here on the little mid Atlantic ridge island. Something you wouldn't see on the main continent. I randomly chose to root for the Colts since I have been to Indianapolis. But almost the whole bar supported NO. Next season I am sure I will watch more games.
... and I can prove it with my usual, flawless logic.

it was the best way to lose since I was able to make fun of everyone at the bar at the beginning and then later I was too drunk to care that the Saints have turned it around.

Speaking of that:

TylerE and I played at a sectional over the weekend. Prior to game time on Saturday afternoon, our first round opponents (male/female) were discussing the pair that would be playing on their team on Sunday. Evidently, they had agreed to hire one of the local pro's to play on their team. The pro had told them that they would be paying for his parnter also so it was going to cost them a larger sum than the woman was happy with paying.

She started carrying on about how that amount was ridiculous and began repeatedly asking her partner if that fee "includes sex". Eventually, she left the table for a few minutes, and when she returned, I turned to her and told her that Tyler and I would be more than willing to play with them for half the sum the pro was asking for. Then, I told her that if she asked Tyler nicely that he said he would agree to the sex part also.

The shocked look on Tyler's face? Priceless.

(The lady was in her late 50's, early 60's and Tyler is in his early 20's).
