I wrote yesterday, that the system keeps removing you and is slow. Nobody answered so far.
Am I the only one with this problem?
My Internet is perfectly OK. No trouble with any other application. Restarted system even. All is normal - except BBO!!!

Same issue today... Disconnection generally starts with other players not showing bid or play and chat space not working.

since today, multiple players from Germany (Telekom ISP) are experiencing connection issues on BBO.
Players are getting disconnected during tournaments and often have trouble reconnecting. Users from other countries seem unaffected.
I ran some tests:
traceroute to bridgebase.com (169.54.210.132) reaches the server
route goes via Telekom → Twelve99 → USA (Dallas)
latency ~140160 ms
However, continuous ping shows packet loss and repeated timeouts, indicating an unstable connection rather than a full outage.
This suggests a routing/peering issue affecting connections from Germany (possibly Telekom paths).
Could you please check if you see increased disconnects or network issues from German users on your side?
Best regards

Additional note:
tests indicate that the connection is stable within the Telekom network
degradation seems to begin after the handover to Twelve99
This suggests an issue in the routing path beyond the Telekom access network (possibly within Twelve99 or related upstream routing), rather than a general outage of BBO itself.
Could you please check if you see increased disconnects or network instability from German users (Telekom) or on routes involving Twelve99?

I hoped after todays maintenance everything would work as before. In vain!
After maintenance until about 14:00 (Berlintime) no access was possible. Now sometimes you access to get expelled after 1st bid... Same as on the weekend

The connection is unstable not only from Germany but from Hungary, too. It was almost impossible to arrange a tourney yesterday because of the massive disconnections. I asked the players who were disconnected and all of them were Telekom-clients. And the Hungarian Telekom is a subsidiary of the German Telekom.

The situation is sometimes OK and now has degraded again. Idon't understand this causality... Internet has been established with the main goal to allow as many routing path alternatives for the packages as possible. Now you tell us, that one bottleneck is the reason for traffic jam??? Can't BBO noto be routed through another path from Europe?
