Starting today, BBO is playing my singletons automatically. The setting for this is OFF. I tried turning it on and back off. I refreshed the browser. I'm using BBO with a Windows 11 PC and Firefox browser. It was working yesterday. I rebooted my windows PC.

Try clearing your browser cache for bridgebase.com. This will reset all the account settings to defaults, so you'll need to reselect them.

I wasn't able to reproduce this problem. I'm using Chrome on a Mac, but very little of our application should depend on the browser or OS.

However, I'll pass this on to the developers for their info.

Update: This should only happen on the last trick., it's independent of the auto-play setting.

A new version of the web client came out today, we'll be publishing details of the changes soon.

Yes! that's exactly what it is doing. Thanks. I think earlier today, it may have been doing it all of the time, but now it is doing it on the last trick. Nice feature. Thanks

Auto-playing the last trick makes a lot of sense (if it proceeds slowly), but is hardly a neat feature :)

Well, it is unsettling when one has never had Autoplay Singletons singletons turned on. Even after a few days, I still find it jarring, and wish I could turn it off.
