The robots are awful

Robot play continues to be dreadful and everybody knows it. We all have many horror stories to relate. After all this time it would seem that we would see improvements. And are there really 2 bot levels? That makes no sense. Why wouldn't bbo offer the best it had on all occasions? I've complained about the bots several times and each time a moderator pops up to defend them. Maybe AI will fix the problem someday.
