Colonel Knuhrr stories?

I have an copy of the June 1976 edition of Popular Bridge magazine.

In it is a story written by Kai Tarp (originally in Danish but translated into English) about a character named Colonel Knuhrr who leads a team of Danish bridge players around the world playing famous opponents - in this instance, the Italian Blue Team.

The introduction indicates Tarp has written a whole series about Colonel Knuhrr but I cannot find anything on the internet about this, even to indicate the stories were published, let alone finding the stories themselves.

Does anyone know if these are available anywhere? Has anyone even heard of them?
