tournament cancellation Offline

If I play on my IPad, I can see that I’m online in time for the tournament, but when the time comes to start, my partner says I’m offline and the tourney is cancelled. I swear my screen shows I’m on, and he’s on.

Could a sub not come in?

I find it very frustrating.

An upcoming update to the server will prevent disconnecting idle users if they're registered for a tournament starting within the next hour.
