How do you play 6NT, after Q was led?
The brainless human way:
All you have to do, is to finesse spades, if it's off, the spades are set up.
GIB played it the hard way but amusing

GIB cashed out all the winners, and eventually threw N in, risking the contract(a human North would bare K early) for a classical strip squeeze.

Clearly GIB N should have tossed hearts or K on the run of diamonds to avoid the endplay. Endplays need to be avoided.
