I bid spades and robot to my right bid 2 spades. The description said "rebiddable spade suit" What does that mean? Does that robot have spades?

Yes - the definition of rebiddable is here, though GIB can vary from the exact definitions at times.

I am guessing you are referring to an auction such as 1D P 1S 2S, where it's pretty standard to play a bid of responder's suit as natural (but a bid of opener's suit as artificial).

[Edit - OK, you said to the right, so perhaps not that sequence.)

I don't know about rebiddable, but I know biddable can mean a couple of useless trumps

So maybe rebiddable can mean "a couple of useless trumps"+1
