Deserved Jxx, Kx, Axx, Axxxx with trumps 2-2 making 7, doesn't need a maximum for slam.

FYI, I put the hand into QPlus playing Acol with weak NT (12-14) and bidding went 1NT-3S-3NT-6S

EDIT For interesting comparison 2/1 with strong NT reached 6S but much more sedately starting with 1D

Try to open 1NT as often as possible, so 1NT.
