Same as in any other situation.
Look in the robot section of this forum for pinned info and use it to report bugs if you like.
Hover your cursor over bids to get a pop-up showing what the computer thinks it should mean. Keep in mind it is quite buggy so especially on convoluted competitive sequences the bot can do some really silly things.

Stephen has referred you to the GIB system notes which are extremely helpful.
Here is a link to the same sort of thing in 'convention card' format if that is what you meant https://usbf.org/doc...Abadiotakis.pdf
It's worth remembering that when you play in an instant tournament you always have the best hand. But your partner does not. Your partner always has fewer HCP than you never more. Always remember that. Although they might have great shape.
On BBO it's a bit like heaven. You always get the best hand, but you still have to play it better than everyone else. If you want to get bad hands, you need to pay extra and join the prime area. In the prime area you will get dealt rotten hands all the time.
Which is quite good practice.
Of course, you can import hands that have specific shapes - described elsewhere in the Forum - and use the teaching table to practice with them.
Some people say that robots are 'buggy' and do 'silly' things.
Clearly, this comment is intended to be meant relative to your average human partner who is perfect, knows all of your bids, even the wrong ones, will never make a mistake, always finds overtricks and makes you coffee in the morning before making the bed and going off to work.
