If I need an answer when I'm logged in, I can't find it from a human. The "hosts" are, in my experience" unable (or unwilling-sometimes I'm ignored) from answering. Often, the FAQs don't adress my concerns. At one point, these "hosts" were people who were informed and available. PLEASE BRING at least ONE BACK per shift. Tnx.
