Do not alphabetize tables With lots of people, aphabatized tables cause probems

With lots of tables there are more than page of tables. If there is a seat free on the
first page, people will not go to later pages. If you user name start late in the alphabet,
give up. Suggest tables be added to the end of the list. Otherwise you will get a lot of
new usernames, AbrigePlayer (or AAAABridePlayer).
