Trying to register for a BBO Free Daily Tournamt and I am getting an error message - see exact message text in image below.




Is this a daily, weekly, monthly, lifetime limit? What's going on?

It's a weekly limit.

Thanks very much for the quick reply. So do you know what the actual number is for the limit. I usually just play one per day ... occasionally two. And when does the week start and end. I started running into this last week Wednesday or Thursday, and I tried again just now - theoretically on a Monday.

I believe the limit is three daylong tournaments per week, but I don't know when the week begins.

I think it's rolling, so you can play 8 days after your third-to-last.

that's not it. I have ONLY played the FREE just declare for the past month and I still get the same limit error. I do play some of the 25c tourneys (just declare) so that may have something to do with it.

We had a problem yesterday where many players were marked as playing more tourneys this week than they actually had played, resulting in lots of spurious "limit exceeded" messages. We've temporarily removed the limit to make up for it.
