I would very much like to play this Saturday. How long do these team matches run? I sort of have a regular partner but he hasn't been on for awhile and I don't know if he is available Saturday.

The matches are 20 boards and last about 2 hours, sometimes more if opps are slow (they can be very slow at times).

Ok...I can definitely play this Saturday. I'll try to find out if my semi-regular partner can play as well. If not, I'm fine playing with anyone.

Is it ok to talk about conventions between partners at the table or is this something that needs to be worked out prior to the start of the match?

Please confirm with lazirus and give us a firm answer. Need to know whether you're both online in time or not. I'll be travelling on Saturday and won't have much time to scramble to find subs if something comes up.

OK, please be online10 minutes before game time and send a private chat message to susina 8 to let her know you're there.

All undos allowed. You can discuss bids to the table, but it's preferable that you talk about system and agreements beforehand. Alert and explain all bids in private chat to opps, Jec doesn't see well and he might miss the explanations if made in the alert box.

If you can contact him and confirm he'll be here in time we can save him a spot, but I need to know a few hours in advance, so that I have time to find a 4th. No need to confirm it right now, just try to give an answer before it's too late to find another player.
