Quasi-balanced 1N with Double-Barreled Multi responses

I've been thinking about how to improve Fantunes by moving some hand types between the 1M, 1N and 2-level openings. One problem is that if 1N frequently contains a small major suit singleton, and not just with (41)44, then a Stayman/Jacoby-based response structure may no longer work.
So here's an idea:
1N = some manageable range, quasi-balanced (in glen's sense, described in http://www.bridgemat....com/savage.pdf)
1N-?:
P: optional with 5M(332), I guess
2m = Double-Barreled Multi (http://www.bridgebas...barreled-multi/)
2M = Velociraptor, weak
2N or 3♣ = Puppet Stayman?
(...)
Comments?

I do not really see how this would help the fact that opener can have a singleton? Is it because responder tries to show many suits at once?

Hi Nullve,
If you start changing Fantunes, it won't be Fantunes. I accept that like any system it does have its imperfections, but Fantoni and Nunes used it for many years successfully, and Bill Jacobs, too.
Changing the 1M, 1N and 2-level openings might be akin to what happened to the 1♦ and 2♦ bids in Wei Precision, but was Precision as precise as a result? Not in my eyes.
My philosophy in life is if it's not broke, don't try to fix it (But that's just a personal opinion.)

No, it's because hands with 5M3-OM are treated differently than hands with 6M3-OM.
E.g. with 12 hcp, 1354 opposite 8 hcp, 5314, the aucion might start
1N-2♣; 2♥-2♠(=5S3-H(3?)4+m, weak),
and then Opener would know it was right to play 3m instead of 2♠.

Of course it's possible that their success was due to their other system.

Even Fantoni and Nunes made major changes to their system, like moving all hands with 10-13, 5+M4+OM from 2M to 1M, even after they had won everything.

Another possible use of QBal 1N with DBM+Velociraptor1 responses is after 1♣-1♦ in Precision, Swedish Club or similar systems.
1 Other "NT defences" (I don't know if Ken actually plays both DBM and Velociraptor as part of his weak NT defence, but it makes sense) might be used instead as long as the following hand types,
* 6M3-OM
* 5M3-OM
* 4M3-OM5+m
* 4+S4+H,
are all treated with some respect on partscore deals. (So no Capp, DONT or Multilandy. But maybe Asptro.)

Something more concrete:
1N = 11-13, either bal. or (4441) / 10-12, either 5m(422), 5m(431), 6m(322) or 6m(331)
1N-?:

2♣ = ♥-Muiderberg, weak / GF
2♦ = Crawling Stayman, weak
2♥ = Major Flash, weak
2♠ = ♠-Muiderberg, weak

1N-2♣; ?:
