Magamorons might be unhappy with the results of June 14th. From what I read, the military parade committed by that idiot Trump had a very low turnout, whereas the No Kings demonstrations were hugely successful. So Donnie wasted how much? Maybe fifty million dollars of taxpayer money - just to humiliate himself. It's really a shame that instead of being in prison, where as a convicted felon he belongs, he's in the White House causing all sorts of problems in the USA. Shame on all the fools who voted for this imbecilic piece of trash, and shame on the gutless Republican politicians who let him get away with his stupidity.

Shame on the judge who threw out his stolen documents case.
But mostly shame on us for letting all this happen.

And too bad that Merrick Garland sat on his hands for so long without doing his duty as Attorney General and quickly beginning proceedings for the insurrection and other things.

Investigation and gathering of evidence precedes going to court. This Garland meme has gone on too long and it is unjust criticism. The SCOTUS and Judge Cannon are to blame not Garland.

Garland bent over backwards for Convicted Felon Trump to avoid being accused of political prosecutions. Garland's inactions got exactly the results that bending over for Convicted Felon Trump always gets.

Maybe if Garland didn't sit on his thumbs, Cannon would not have been selected as the judge in the stolen documents case. And the insurrection cases would have been completed and Convicted Felon Trump convicted once again on multiple felony cases, and this time, sent to prison. And yes, the Supreme Court interfered in those cases and delayed trials. If Garland had been an aggressive AG, there would have been plenty of time for Trump to be tried in those other cases.

You’re not being helpful. I advise reading Marcy Wheeler’s reporting on this entire episode for a fact based discussion of Garland’s response.

Exactly correct, Johnu! The Garland defenders here are right that Cannon and SCOTUS are (largely) to blame. Cannon and SCOTUS are disgusting...BUT if Garland had DONE HIS JOB PROPERLY, they might have been unable to let the convicted felon off. Stop trying to defend ineptitude, WasWinM.

No surprise today, as Convicted Felon Trump humiliated himself at the G7 summit...just like he ALWAYS does on the world stage. The rest of the world's leaders are laughing at him, as they have been doing for the past decade. Remember that during his FIRST train wreck of a presidency he started to brag while giving a speech at the United Nations and EVERYONE there laughed at him. He then immediately said, "That's not the reaction that I expected, but that's okay." But then LATER, trying to save face, he claimed that the speech was INTENDED to elicit laughter. This was quite obviously a lie, as he HIMSELF had initially said (as already stated) "That's not the reaction that I expected". Someone as monumentally STUPID as Trump should not tell lies, because he is too much of a MORON to do it convincingly. And yet he supposedly told thirty thousand during his first four year term of incompetence. How utterly braindead do his magamoron supporters have to be to continue falling for this criminal idiot's BS?
