Smart TV connection

I am having problems connecting from my samsung smart TV. I get the BBO website and on occasions the sign on page. When I sign on it directs to "ask a question" from which point I go round in circles with numerous miss-directs including something about my smart TV brouser not allowing downloads.
Anyone have any experience with this nonsense?

It sounds like the TV doesn't support Flash applications, so you can't use the web version of BBO. If it runs the Android OS, you might be able to install the mobile version.
