If I go to the link to view the masterpoint history for an individual I can drill down through a series of hyperlinks to each individual timestamped event that goes to making up the total. So the database information is in there, but how to extract it into a single csv file?
The main purpose would be to compile graphical data showing for an individual the progression, by date, of absolute number of masterpoints, Number of competitions entered, ratio of one to the other and so on.
I envisage an Excel (or csv) table with fields
Username
Organisation
YYMM
Date/Time
Points
Notes

The usefulness of any conclusions derived from this would be somewhat circumscribed if there were not also included in that data some history of events which qualified for masterpoints but for which no masterpoints were awarded (to said individual). It is possible that this (and other) information may be contained in the database that is not displayed in the web page, in which case these parameters could perhaps be included in additional fields in the exported file. Other data of possible benefit might be, for example, the number of strata/sections in the tournament, which strata the individual qualified for, what was the maximum potential MP award, competition entry fee and maybe other factors, but I doubt that much of this information would be available.

Is it currently possible to achieve this (or something close)? If so, how, and if not, can you make it so?

No, it's not currently available. We can put it on our to-do list.
