IT looks like my options are 3nt or 5d at teams...not 4d.

for me 3d is very broad range rebid but the good news is I expect pard to have a stiff or void somewhere so I will try 5d but have no issue for those that prefer 3n: I think it is close.

I believe this is exactly the sort of situation Hamman's Law was made for: A close decision with 3NT as one of the options. Ergo, just bid 3NT and hope it's right; you can burn a lot of brain capacity trying to thread this particular needle, and it may be worth saving it for the next hand.

10 with 4, 9 with 5 is what we play, but I'd treat that 9 as 10 anyway with all the points in the long suits and 2 10s, 2 9s.
