I guess I'm a bit more macho:

North's second call is close between 4S and double, but if you believe the vulnerable opps, then the hand isn't as good as it looks defensively (yes i know 4H is 2 off if doubled on best defense)

I suspect the "nm this is the N/B forum" might be a leaping michaels suggestion.
It's not uncommon among better players to play (3♣)-4♦ as a big hand with 5 diamonds and a 5 card major.
