2H

If playing reverse flannery pard wont have 4h here.

If not hope to survive this bid. :) Option two is just bid 4s over 1s.

over 2s I can rebid 4s, over 2nt(art) I can rebid 3d.

I'll bid 3 splinter. I don't like splintering with a stiff ace, but it's the fastest way to GF and show spade support.

Uhm yes but how much spade support exactly does it show?

3. A slight stretch perhaps, but 3 is too likely to miss game opposite a bad hand with five spades.
... that would still not be conclusive proof, before someone wants to explain that to me as well as if I was a 5 year-old. - gwnn

You had nothing prepared for the BWS death hand. Shame on you. :)
I would bid 2 too.

are you all joking? 2NT and partner will pick between 3NT adn 4 depending on spade lenght, this is really obvious. If partner was unpassed hand I might be afraid of missing slam, but now its clear.

3 might lead to partner bidding 3NT with 5-4 majors, and it is wrongsided for a club lead.

3C for me. If pard had responded 1H, then 2N.

Thats an obvious 3 imo.

Gonzalo, u have an unbalanced hand with a 6 card suit starting with AK. You have way too many good things that pd will never learn if u bid 2NT imo.

WTP 3C, patner is highly likely to be 5S4H so even if hes minimum game look good. 2nd best alternative is 3S

Bottom line is we never let that difference of opinion interfere with anything."
