if you start with a double, LHO bids 3 and back to you

btw later i survived a misclick in the play due to fortunate breaks - would have been a little humiliating to have gone off in a cold one with half of BBO looking on.

Playing that dbl + 4H shows a flexible hand, that sequence seems pretty ok to me.

Otherwise I'll go with just dbl + 3H.

I bid my cards and partner decided to bid 3NT. I respect his decision, largely because I don't have anywhere else to go.
