I'd pass. If I bid 3♥, partner will nearly always have a hand that looks like a raise, but often it will get us to a poor or hopeless game. Something like Kxxxx Jxx x Axxx will look great to him, but it won't produce 10 tricks.
If we add another high card to that hand, it's worth a balancing double, which would allow us to take an easy penalty. Pass risks missing game when partner has something like the above hand but with four hearts, but that's a fairly small set of hands.

Obvious pass. You risk LHO having long spades and bidding 4S and having a huge heart fit I guess, but I am happy defending diamonds whether doubled or undoubled.

You seem to have faced a lot of voids.
With partner's hand I'd pass out 3♦. Double would have worked well though.
