LHO opens 1♦. They are NV, you are V. Swiss Teams event.

Partner overcalls 1NT, which you alert as showing takeout with less than an opening hand. The minimum is in theory 0 HCP, and the call only promises 3+ in each suit. However, at these colors, you do not exactly expect to see 3-3-4-3 pattern and a bust.

After RHO passes this, you make a practical call of 4♥. Two passes, and then RHO suddenly wakes up, bidding 5♦.

I've used to play 0-10 hcp weak 2s and stuff like that. That's just WAY too random and wide ranging, so there's no telling what's going on here. I'll just dbl and hope for the best.
