And even if it was ACBL it is not Butch Campbell, thank goodness, it is Jeff Johnston.

Everything was so violent, frustrating and unfair** that I first almost left the tournament, and then for the first time in my life thought about punching someone in the face.

I got in a fight once at bridge club.

Not a LOL :P

Once I was playing in a club game when one faster player kept poking a more deliberate player, who was always still playing, with the boards after each round. Several times he asked her to stop -- a bit louder each time. Finally there was a huge commotion as he grabbed the boards from her hand and hit her over the head with them. (He was suspended -- I think for two years, but am not completely sure about the length of time.)

Why couldn't they just put the boards on the ground?

That's what I do when I pass boards in a tournament and there isn't an extra chair.

I've never hit anyone (obv lol) but wow I would have wanted to hit that woman and probably not really cared that she was a woman!

During the later commotion, the woman he hit made that very point over and over...

so hit her again wtp? according to jjbrr (but contrary to my experience), hitting can be endearing to ladies.

you have a lot to learn...

never hit old women. only hit young insecure girls to show them who's boss. they like that. old women just get loud and obnoxious.

Hey Justin, I recall you once accused Phil for being sexist because he said a man should not use certain male-only words in female company.

So take your own advice and hit the damn bitch if she behaves in a way that would make you hit her if she were a man.
